Q: What is a serviced apartment?

A: A serviced apartment combines the key comforts of a hotel with the benefits you get from renting your own space. We provide the convenience of a housekeeping service, fresh towel and linen change, free wifi access, as well as the space and facilities you get with an apartment such as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher.


Q: What services and facilities are included in the price?

A: We include everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All our serviced apartments are fully furnished with a DVD Player, Flat Screen TV with Freeview, a fully equipped kitchen (incl all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery) and a washing machine. Fresh towels and linen are provided and refreshed as part of our maid service. Our Guest Relations team is also on call 24/7 to assist with any problems which may arise whether they be a faulty washing machine or a medical emergency. Parking is also available for free on a first come first served basis.


Q: How do I gain access to the apartment and will I be greeted on arrival?

A: We offer a meet and greet service, where a member of our team will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you how everything works. We will confirm all of this as well as arrival instructions at the time of booking.


Q: How do I pay and when do I pay?

A: Payment is required prior to commencing your stay. For further information on payment and cancellation policies please refer to our terms of business page.


Q: How many people can stay in an apartment?

A: The total number of people is limited to the number of beds in the apartment, for example a one bedroom apartment can only be booked for 2 people. If you have children staying with you we can provide extra bedding if available. Please contact us for further information.


Q: What discount do I get for a long stay option?

A: We have solutions for long stays and for those requiring interim housing or companies requiring corporate apartments for an extended period of time, please contact us.

A: We are a family run business and strive to ensure you have all of the information you require for great memories during your time in our beautiful city. Should you require any information, or if you have any questions or queries, please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will be happy to assist. Many of our guests are staying in serviced apartments for the first time and our staff are more than happy to help with any specific queries or requests.
